Contact and calculator corrections
If an amount differs from your receipt, a reference has changed or a field does not work, email info@impucalc.com. This is the contact address for Gonzalo Caballero, who is responsible for Impucalc. Published operator details appear in the legal notice.
Reporting a calculation error
Include the calculator URL, transaction date or tax year, your inputs and the result you expected. State the selected options, such as tax-inclusive price or private-party purchase. An example using fictional amounts lets us reproduce the problem without your tax records.
Suggesting a rule update
Link to the authority publishing the rule and identify its effective date. Explain any distinction between a general and reduced rate, or a measure that lasts only a few days. Reporting a proposal does not establish that it has become law.
Reporting a usability problem
Describe your device, browser and the steps leading to the problem. If you attach a screenshot, hide names, identifiers, addresses and anything unrelated to the example.
Protect your personal information
Do not send tax returns, identity documents, account numbers or passwords. This email is for site issues and corrections; it does not replace personal tax advice or a filing with an authority. Read the privacy policy before sending personal information.
